Melissa

She comes from another doctor
frustrated with her failed treatments
disagreeing with the diagnoses
uncomfortable with prior workups
dizziness
numbness
tingling
limiting work and relationships
decades
negative imaging
negative labs
minimal benefits from meds
each additional prescription intervention creating a longer list of medication sensitivities and allergies
neurology, rheumatology, cardiology, endocrinology, psychiatry, and integrated health all at some point engaged and not continued with.

Months and now years into our journey
I have waited
Listened
Reflected and
Educated.

Now, randomly, she arrives for another identically unsolvable challenge
yet this time with an experience of healing.
Last night, she sat for minutes and then hours
through the symptoms
tingling, nausea, numbness, room spinning
all observed
none reacted to
at some point all were gone
an emptiness was present
the absence of all her illness sensations was experienced.
Within this psychological physical reality
a new strength presents itself

fear is less
a healing moment can now be accessed and expanded
a new foundation is present
a healing path has begun
mystical
spiritual
let this experience guide us
towards health and peace and joy.
